How To Use
Step 1: Apply 1-2 pumps of gel cleanser to your face on top of your makeup. Rub in with circular motions.
Step 2: Wipe this all away using our Makeup Remover Puff. Just add water and gently clear the makeup away! No scrubbing needed.
Step 3: Apply 1-2 pumps of cleanser to silicone bristles. Move brush in circular motions over your face, focusing on your T-Zone and any problem areas.
Repeat once daily - we recommend as part of your night time routine.

How often should I use my Silkisonic?
We recommend using your Silkisonic once per day. You can use it first thing in the morning before applying your moisturiser, SPF and makeup, or at night once you take your makeup off for best results.
How do I charge my Silkisonic?
Your Silkisonic is fully rechargeable and can be charged using the included cradle and USB charging cable. A full charge takes roughly 2 hours and lasts around 100 uses.
Plug the USB end of the charging cable into a power outlet using a compatible adapter. Insert the connector into the back of the charging cradle. Ensure your Silkisonic is completely dry, then place it in the cradle. A light will slowly flash on and off when charging. When fully charged, the light will stay illuminated.
Is the Silkisonic waterproof? Can I use it in the shower?
Yes! The Silkisonic has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning you can use it in the shower! Make sure to store your Silkisonic in a place where it can dry off after use.

Why sonic vibrations? How do they help my skin?
The sonic vibrations from your Silkisonic help deeply cleanse your pores by 'shaking loose' all the oil, dirt and dead skin build-up which can cause congestion, blackheads and breakouts.
This allows your cleanser to get in and wash away the excess, giving you a 'cleaner slate' to let your skin get the most from your moisturisers, serums, and face oils!
How do I clean my Silkisonic?
We recommend using a soft-bristled brush with warm water and soap. Gently scrub in between the silicone bristles for around 30 seconds.
What should I not use my Silkisonic for?
- If you have any pre-existing skin condition or inflammation. Please consult a dermatologist before using the Silkisonic.
- If the Silkisonic has any damage.
- If you experience any unusual discomfort or irritation while using your Silkisonic. Stop use immediately and consult with a dermatologist.
- Avoid using your Silkisonic on your eyelids and be gentle if using beneath your eyes.
- Do not leave your Silkisonic submerged in water or in direct sunlight. Store your Silkisonic in a cool, dry environment.
- We recommend using your Silkisonic for no more than 3 minutes at a time.
- Avoid using heavy, clay-based, silicone-based, grainy, or gritty skin products with your Silkisonic as they may damage the silicone bristles.
- Avoid sharing your Silkisonic with others to avoid cross-contamination. Try to think of sharing your Silkisonic like sharing a toothbrush!
