 in Australia for orders over $49!
Express Shipping: $5 for orders under $49.

New Zealand:
Standard Shipping: $5 AUD

International Shipping: 
Standard International Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 AUD


How long does shipping take?

Australia:

Same day dispatch for orders before 2:30pm,

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days for delivery.

New Zealand:

Same day dispatch for orders before 2:30pm,

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for delivery.

International (Rest of world):

Standard International Delivery generally takes between 1-2 weeks.

Express shipping is not yet available internationally.

Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Please note that we are not responsible for any fees required by customs, for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

All of our products are vegan-friendly & cruelty-free and are never tested on animals! 


Does Eluna contain any nasties?

Would a goddess use nasties on their skin? We don't think so.

Eluna Skincare is free from toxins, parabens and sulphates. We also don't add any perfumes or artificial fragrances to our products; we are an all-natural!


Who develops Eluna products?

We do! We are a private business, owned and operated in Australia.

We work closely with cosmetic chemists here in Australia to make sure our formulas are up to a beauty therapist's standards, (a fussy one at that)!

Returns & Refunds

Returns 

We want you to have a positive Eluna Skincare experience and that is why we have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. 

If you are not totally satisfied with Eluna Skincare, please send an email to info@elunaskincare.com with your name, order number and reason for a return/refund within 30 days of your purchase. We will then provide you with a return authorization and mailing information.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s) and that you will need need to return your item(s) prior to a refund being issued. 

If you have a purchased a product as part of a bundle, we can either give you a partial refund or a full refund dependant on the situation. If you are unsure, send an email to our friendly customer support team!


Change Of Mind

If you have a change of mind, we will refund you in the following 2 scenarios:

If you have not yet been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus shipping.


If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order unless you return your products unopened to us within 30 days of purchase as the product will already be in transit to you.


You will need to pay the shipping fees to return the product(s) to us. If you have purchased a product as part of a bundle, all products in the bundle will need to be returned unopened to us in order for us to issue a refund. 

Once products have arrived at Eluna Skincare we will inspect them and if we are satisfied with their condition, a refund will be issued to you. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus shipping.


Missing Or Damaged Packages

Eluna Skincare makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to your door in perfect condition. In the event you experience an issue with your order, please email us at info@elunaskincare.com.au with your name, order number and order date within 30-days, and our customer service team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
