Purchasing & Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Camp Hill, QLD (4152) with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email. You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safely drop your parcel if you are not at home.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

All of our products are vegan-friendly & cruelty-free and are never tested on animals! 

Is Eluna tested on animals?

We would never! Eluna Skincare products are never tested on animals and never will be!

Does Eluna contain any nasties?

Would a goddess use nasties on their skin? We don't think so. Eluna Skincare is free from toxins, parabens, mineral oils and sulphates. We also don't add any perfumes or artificial fragrances to our products; we are all-natural!

What makes Eluna Skincare special?

Eluna Skincare was created by a beauty therapist who wanted to create a 100% natural skincare range that utilised the power of natural, active ingredients. Not just any ordinary skincare, something luxe, something fun, something to get excited about!

Natural active ingredients are the key point in what makes Eluna Skincare special. They are super important when it comes to targeting individual skin concerns such as acne, blackheads or anything else that prevents your skin from living it's best life!

Who develops Eluna products?

We do! We are a private business, owned and operated in Australia. We work closely with cosmetic chemists here in Australia to make sure our formulas are up to a beauty therapist's standards, (a fussy one at that)!

Where are Eluna products made?

We are an Australian based company who formulate and manufacture all of our products in Australia.

Is Eluna Skincare natural?

Eluna Skincare is made from all-natural ingredients - Powerful, plant-derived active ingredients & soothing botanicals for the skincare of your dreams!

What are the expiry dates for Eluna products?

As a 100% natural skincare range, our products have their expiry date displayed on the label. While our products contain some natural preservatives, to ensure the longest possible shelf-life, keep your Eluna products in a cool place away from sunlight. We do smaller runs of products to ensure that you are getting the freshest Eluna Skincare experience possible!

Experiencing a breakout since using Eluna?

Don't panic goddess! Making a switch to all-natural products can sometimes cause a temporary 'detox' of the skin, (i.e. small breakouts, or even some dryness) because your skin is not used to something so pure. Consider also that even the smallest lifestyle changes can affect your skin such as a different diet, stress, hormones, sleep etc. Give it a week or so to settle into your routine, Rome wasn't built in a day!

Can I use PURIFY Skin Perfecting Cleanser as a makeup remover?

Our cleanser is perfect for melting away day-to-day makeup, skincare and sunscreen. However, if you are wearing a lot of makeup or have applied multiple layers over the course of the day, we advise that you double cleanser or use a dedicated makeup remover first.

Are essential oils bad for your skin?

There is a misconception that essential oils are bad for your skin, but this is untrue. A lot of the time, these claims are made from impure, purely formulated, oxidised, or fake essential oils being used.

Eluna Skincare uses pure, natural essential oils that are professionally formulated into our products by cosmetic chemists in Australia to ensure you have the best Eluna Skincare experience possible. Pure Essential Oils that are professionally formulated in skincare have been found to be extremely therapeutic, anti-inflammatory, healing, regenerating, and can be especially beneficial for acne-prone skin.

It is important to note that everyone's skin is different and in rare cases, some people may have a skin allergy to specific essential oils. Please send us an email at info@elunaskincare.com for any inquiries or issues you may have!

Returns & Refunds

Returns 

We want you to have a positive Eluna Skincare experience and that is why we have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. 

If you are not totally satisfied with Eluna Skincare, please send an email to info@elunaskincare.com with your name, order number, and reason for a return/refund within 30 days of delivery. We will then provide you with a return authorization and mailing information.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s) and that you will need need to return your item(s) prior to a refund being issued. We recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.

If you have purchased a product as part of a bundle, we can either give you a partial refund or a full refund depending on the situation. If you are unsure, send an email to our friendly customer support team!

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Missing Or Damaged Packages

In the event you experience an issue with your order, please email us at info@elunaskincare.com.au with your name, order number and order date within 30-days, and our customer service team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
